The Challenge
The organisation needed to significantly reduce operational costs whilst achieving pace-setter status as an organisation.

The Approach
Sysdoc Process helped the management reorganise their business, identify immediate areas for improvement and subsequent cost reduction. Sysdoc Documentation was deployed to clearly show how the organisation worked now and to manage the transition to a new way of working in the future.

The Benefits
650 quick win initiatives were identified, with cost savings estimated at £5 million (NZ$12.5 million).
