The Challenge
The organisation needed to roll out SAP to over 5,000 people from 64 countries, who needed to understand their new roles and to receive training in SAP.
The Approach
Sysdoc Training showed users not just which keys to push, but educated them in how SAP supports them in their new roles in the organisation.
The Benefits
Three major releases of the project have been delivered on time and to budget. A full Learning Management System is being implemented to ensure continued long-term success of the project.
