Peter has over 10 years experience working in information management and training. As a Client Relationship Manager, he has a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with all of his clients. He is determined to ensure that the clients’ and end users’ needs have been met by projects he is involved in, and that the channels of communication are kept open at all times.
Peter’s key areas of expertise are training and project management. He has worked at all levels of training development from strategy to needs analysis, implementation and delivery. He has successfully managed large and complex projects ensuring the development of a targeted solution for the client.
Peter is also the Product Manager for Sysdoc’s homegrown learning management system, LMSLite®. He has helped develop and install this tool since its inception in 2006 and continues to support the product development and implementation.
