Change Makers

Sysdoc is a great international company. They specialise in process improvement, systems training, and process documentation. They are excellent change makers because of their unique approach, tools, and their understanding of the importance of communication and leadership.

My best ever project experiences (in NZ & Europe) were working with Sysdoc.

Exceeding Expectations

Thanks for all your help. The knowledgebase exceeded our expectations so has been a vital part of our comms and training for Cognos.

You may wish to know that feedback from training was excellent and since going live on 21 August we have had just 3 issues to resolve, none of which were critical and all of which were turned around in less than 48 hrs.

I feel like we are in cameo roles in "All quiet on the Western front"...

Delivering Return on Investment

Thank you for getting us to and beyond go-live on this project. …It really is a significant step forward for T-Mobile in terms of cost transparency process and control. I am convinced that the benefits will be huge. It has been a pleasure to work with you over the last year, I have learned a lot from your rigorous and structured PM approach and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
