Fonterra SAP Upgrade project - October 2004
Sysdoc completed the successful roll-out of SAP and business process training for the US operation. The US is the first country to upgrade systems and processes in Fonterra's global business change program.

Sysdoc and Intelligroup have won a contract to provide end-user documentation and training services to support the implementation of the enterprise resource planning system SAP, for customer Hitachi.
